The Abbey « Notre-Dame du Val-Dieu » was founded in 1216 by monks who spent centuries studying yeast and different fermentations. Today, the beers are inspired by the original recipes of the monks, faithful to the tradition of refermentation in the bottle. In 2019, we were charged with creating the perfect event for the launch of their new beer: La Blanche de Liège.
